Clare Edwards

Clare began her real estate journey in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia spanning 25 years across various roles and areas of expertise, starting from reception to Property Management, Sales and then Business Development.  

 

Clare established her career in Strata Management when she moved to Bunbury and became a Director and Strata Manager of WA Strata Management in 2012, managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio that included residential, commercial, rural, resorts, hotels and mixed-use across a wide geographical area, spanning from Karratha in the North to Frankland River in the South.  

 

Clare built a strong working relationship with both clients and staff which was instrumental in the success of WA Strata Management. Clare’s emphasis on fostering positive relationships contributed to the enhanced client satisfaction and motivated team.

 

With the expansion of the portfolio a second office in Mandurah was established to provide localised support to clients in the Mandurah region. Clare’s leadership played a significant role in the company’s growth and success.

 

Clare’s experience as a strata property owner since 2003 gives her a unique perspective and valuable insights in understanding the challenges owners face which enables her to offer proactive strategies and practical advice for the management of client’s homes and investments.

 

Clare is a SCA Accredited level 2 Certified Strata Community Manager in Western Australia and continues with her professional development with SCA and within Emerson Raine as Office Manager for the Southwest.

 

Clare has a passion for Strata and her enthusiasm translates into a genuine desire to share her knowledge and expertise with others, ensuring that her team members are well equipped to navigate the complexities of the industry.
